Job description:A valve which deal with our hot water and the central heating has gone near the immersion heater and we have to switch everything off at the wall electric switch to stop things making a noise in the night - even if the heating is off. We also want a power shower pump - a new one - moved to the attic where it was before as it is too noisy where it is!
