Job description:Hi, I have a Baxi boiler, convential type with water cylinder in the airing cupboard. The timer control appears to work ok, the lights come on an off at the correct time, however, the water is always hot and the boiler fires up even when the timer control in off. Also, the system could probably benefit from a flush as I believe there is sludge in the system,
