Job description:kitchen, nddownstairs loo and outhouse to be knocked through to create larger kitchen a downstairs loo.modification to existing building with some new addition (minor) Roof to be squared off and skylight fitted. Window to be blocked off.Current back door to be moved to end of extended kitchen (outhouse) damp problem to be treated and brickwork re- pointed/ replaced. re-plastering once shell completed. new kitchen to be fitted to include electrics, gas supply, relocating appliances, any required tiling, downstairs loo to be refitted and tiles. Floors to be re -levelled and tiled. May need supporting lintel to replace internal wall.Complete refurbishment required. Kitchen typical Victorian terrace house size narrow and small. Would like to purchase units myself but need help and advice on the design I have in mind and measurements etc.
