Job description:Galley kitchen to be refitted leads into bathroom (partition wall) to become a breakfast area with patio door. Current window in bathroom to be removed and bricked up, current back door to be bricked up. New double radiator to be installed.Require new combi boiler to be installed in kitchen instead of bathroom.Require modification to downstairs gas pipes to ensure new boiler efficiency. Works to include plastering, tiling, redecoration, Appilances to include gas hob, oven and chimney extractor hood. Also need bathroom specialist to install shower and cabinet in upstairs bathroom,new chrome taps and waste to current sink and bath, current soil pipe and pipe work grey plastic to be replaced with black, plastering, tiling, and decorating.
