Job description:The quote is for a small, low budget kitchen in a second floor condominium which will be rented out: removing old kitchen units; laying new flooring; fitting new units including extractor fan to adjacent outside wall; gas & electrical appliances already present and connected up. The units have already been purchased (just under £1500) and are waiting with the suppliers till the present tenant leaves - probably mid to late September.
