Job description:The utility area consists of a 2740mm length wall on which we want; starting from the left:- after the central heating boiler; spaces for dryer, washer and fridge(already in situ), then a tall 500mm larder unit(style to be agreed). Above, on wall, a run of units to a total length of 1800mm to butt up to the larder unit. Unit and door colour to be light/natural oak to closely match kitchen in adjoining room. Worktop to be black marble effect(final effect to be decided) from left wall to larder, i.e. approx 2240mm. with adequate support/partition/s between appliances. Handles to closely match satin 'd' in kitchen. Existing parquet floor to be removed and replaced(possibly to match kitchen). Existing double socket to be upgraded to provide for the three appliances plus the central heating timer control and one spare socket. Already water supply for washer(hot and cold). Existing drainage for washer goes under kitchen floor for quite a distance, so this needs to be reviewed, although it was checked and secured when kitchen was fitted recently.
