Job description:Kitchen is 3.25m/2.6m by 2.43m. Ceiling boards are fine, but skimmed finish has come away in places. Kitchen currently in place is showing its age. Electrics are not suitably placed in kitchen, and a couple of new sockets are needed. Two cinder-block walls form one large cupboard at present - one wall is to be removed completely; the other is to be turned into a low wall. New kitchen has been purchased, with delivery TBA. New vinyl has been purchased with delivery TBA (this will be fitted by them). * Remove kitchen units and cinderblock wall(s) * Move electrics in kitchen including 2 new sockets * Move gas pipe approx one meter * Stud wall up unneeded door * Re-plumb for washing machine and dishwasher * Re-skim ceiling and walls as necessary * Fit 15 unit, 3 worktop kitchen (5 base units, 9 wall units 1 open end wall unit). * Fit Cooker hood * Tile splashbacks * Decorate with supplied kitchen wall paper Some other decorating/making good jobs within the house may also be available, to be discussed in person.
