Job description:This is a small works canteen. Resit lighting switch, remove partitioning wall between two rooms, make safe all services to enable canteen to function throughout refurb,remove all existing worktops / units, remove existing tiling, sockets water heater and blank off pipework,supply and fit new kitchen units c/w splashback around sink,supply and install new electric layout for range of domestic appliances, cables to run in conduit, relocate existing water heater, supply and install convector heaters (skirting level), remove existing vinyl flooring, screed, supply and lay approx 65sq mtrs poly floor XL c/w sit-on skirting, all joints to be welded, paint and decorate.
