Job description:I am looking to refurbish my Kitchen and Utility room. I want to keep the units and replace the worktops with good quality light Oak effect laminate worktops. I would like a new white ceramic 1 & 1/2 bowl Kitchen sink with taps and a new good quality stainless steel Utility sink and tap. I also want 3 new integrated appliances, BOSCH fridge, freezer and dishwasher. These appliances need to be fitted with panels that I have already. I would like a new Breakfast Bar area, with matching surface over, built to house the fridge and freezer, this will require some new electric sockets to be fitted and I would also like an additional double socket fitted above the Breakfast bar area. Minor electrical work is also required to enable an integrated dishwasher to be housed where a free standing dishwasher is at the moment. I would like the gas hob retained i.e. removed and refitted into the new surface. The existing tiles are to be retained, so extra care will need to be shown when removing the old worktops. I would also like a new mains stop tap fitted, because the old one is unreliable. I believe that the main material items i.e. Worktops (3 x 3m lengths & 1 x 4m B/Bar), Sinks, Taps, Integrated Appliances and Plinths should cost approx £2000. I am looking for a quotation, (not an estimate), for the labour, including plumbing and electrical sundries with or without supplying these main material items.
