Also will need some moving of sockets, poss 30amp feed for oven and new hob unit.
Capping old gas supply as new hob induction.
Replumb dishwasher, taps and sink.
Possibly also quote for floor and above units.
Also install wooden counter top.
Budget:£1,000 - £2,000
