Job description:Kitchen furniture is computer planned and purchased. Kitchen will be empty and ready for fitting. Electrics to be done, e.g. sockets. No fancy electrics or worktop lights. Integrated dishwasher, waste disposal, gas hob, electric integrated oven (oven socket already in), drop down t.v. (aerial already in place). Microwave to be put on brackets on wall. Some tiling, probably 2 to 3 high above worktops. Floor to be carpet tiled to go under cupboard edges (customer to supply carpet tiles). Furniture comes with shell already built (not flat pack). Worktops ordinary, not granite or anything. Some accessories, e.g. wall knife holder. No washing machine or dryer. Ducting for hob already fitted. Kitchen approximately 4090mm x 4270 mm but nothing to be fitted down one wall and radiator to stay in place.
