Job description:The property is a two bedroom terraced property. The kitchen and bathroom are on the ground floor at the rear of the house. Require someone to gut out current kitchen and bathroom and ceiling boards. Then build a new internal stud wall to seperate kitchen and bathroom. Put in new ceiling boards in kitchen and bathroom with spot lights. Change window in kitchen for a new one. Put new tile flooring and plaster walls in kitchen and bathroom. Tile the walls in the bathroom. Plumb in new water pipes in kitchen and bathroom. Fit in a full new kitchen including hob, extractor fan, splashback and sink. Fit in new bathroom including sink, toilet and shower cubicle. Paint walls and ceiling in kitchen. I WILL PROVIDE ALL MATERIALS. I JUST NEED QUOTES FOR LABOUR ONLY.
