Job description:- Remove current doors - repair a few minor places on cabinets (water damage) - Spray wood a different colour (prob matt silver) - Replace doors with new ones (simple, high gloss black or white. You need to measure up, and supply) - new handles - Remove tiles. Paint one part of kitchen and retile the other - Remove & replace worktop (you supply) - Remove and replace place plinths (you supply) - replace sink (customer supplies) - replace inbuilt fridge (customer supplies) - possibly replace inbuilt oven (customer supplies) - remove tiles - retile part of the kitchen and plaster/paint the rest Basically, the old kitchen units are in good condition and we just want to revamp the kitchen to make it more attractive for potential buyers without investing too much.
