Remove old kitchen units and supply and fit new kitchen in Chase

Job description:Kitchen size is 3m x 2m, work required is to:- 1. Remove existing unit 1 x sink unit with 800mm base and worktop 1.4m 2. Remove existing unit 1 x 600mm wall unit 3. Remove existing tiles above worktop and around window sill and make good ready for plaster skim 4. Move existing 2 x double sockets to new positions 5. Extend ring with a further 2 x double sockets above worktop level 6. Prepare all surfaces and skim with new plaster (walls and ceiling are sound and skim will be fine) 7. Remove existing laminate floor covering 8. Make any repairs to floor to ensure it is level 9. Prepare floor for ceramic floor tiles 10. Install new units in straight run 2.4m with 1 x 800mm base, 1 x 600 oven unit, 1 x 400mm base leaving space for washing machine. Worktop to be cut for sink and gas hob. 11. Install on opposite wall 1 x 800mm base unit and extend worktop to 2m with cut out for right angled wall leaving extension of 300mm wide (L shaped worktop). And 1 x 1000mm wall unit. 12. Box in wall mounted boiler with door for access. 13. Install new sink with plumbing for washing machine, electric oven, gas hob, extractor. 14. Fit new wall tiles above worktop 15. Fit ceramic floor tiles 16. Paint other surfaces and finishings. Units, appliances and tiles can be supplied by myself or alternatively can be supplied by tradesman.
