Job description:Remove existing units (pretty much the same layout/size as replacements below) Level floor (some creaking floorboards) Assemble and Install: 900mm d/l corner base 600mm d/l base 400mm d/l base 800mm pan draw base 800mm d/l corner 400mm d/l base 500mm tall larder unit with pull out/ turn type wire shelving 2 x 600mm corner wall (single door) 300mm wall 300mm decorative wall end unit 600mm wall (2 x 300mm doors) 2 x 800 wall (2 x 400mm doors) Cornice to top Fix up electrical chimney style extractor (electrics in situ) Cut and fit end panel to provide a constant unit above the extractor. Install ceramic 1.5 bowl sink, taps and waste over 600mm base unit (plumbing in situ) Cut and fit kickboard to cover a few gaps where units are just short of room dimensions. Fit kickboards to base units. Fit laminate worktop - mitreing 2 corners. NB All other appliances are free standing and in situ already. Electrical/Gas work not required for extractor / any other appliances/lighting Approx measurement of kitchen - 3280mm x 2555mm Conservatory adjacent to kitchen can be used for assembly / cutting (power and light available).
