Old integrated kitchen needs to be dismantled and legally disposed of, new kitchen pack collected, fitted and finished, new tiling - poss new flooring depending on advice. Maybe a new lick of paint. Other small jobs in the flat that could also be done as a package payment, or maybe you could recommend people.
