Storeroom conversion to kitchen in Langside

Job description:I have a traditional one bedroom tenement flat with large kitchen and smaller storeroom/boxroom off the entrance hall. I want to fit a new kitchen into the storeroom and make the old kitchen into a second bedroom. This will require knocking through a new doorway into the storeroom, plastering, plumbing, electrics, fitting of kitchen & appliances (cooker/hob/washing machine/fridge) & tiling. Also I will need the making good of the old kitchen & blocking up of the existing door into the storeroom. The hall will need replastered as will the old kitchen and I may also need a new boiler. Size of storeroom is approx 8'7" x 9'0.
