Job description:Ceiling needs complete refurb. New units as water has infiltrated all units. Boiler appears to be not working properly and possibly needs replacement after being subjected to a huge amount of water as it is on the corresponding wall underneath the burst pipe in the flat above. Possibly some replastering of walls.
