Job description:Install 5 base units, 1 wall unit to replace current units. Almost like for like, no electrics involved or gas fitting. New sink to plumb in replacing existing, same location. New worktops required, 1 L shaped approx 2000 x 1500 and other also L shaped approx 500 X 1500 .Breakfast bar ,type as these units extend out from the wall. This is a tenement dining kitchen with the kitchen area taking approx 50% of space, with units extending out from wall to create separation between kitchen and dining space. Utilities and appliances staying as they are, im looking to be as cost effective as possible though am willing to take advice. Will also be replacing floor covering with lino. Possibly tiling around worktops or splashbacks.
