Job description:To enable refit, we need a window to be bricked up, another window to be changed in size, a door to be partly bricked up and changed to a window, possibly a new floor to be laid, a downstairs cloakroom to be refitted, radiator to be moved, new electric fireplace, and a new kitchen to be fitted. Laminate worktop. Wall tiling needed. Need new eye-level double oven, gas hob, integrated fridge freezer, integrated dishwasher. Kitchen dimension approx 3.5m x 3.5m New electrics required throughout (sockets, lightswitches, lights, etc) We are planning to create a temporary kitchen area in another room whilst the work is being done.
