Job description:· Kitchen dimensions 245 cm x 211 cm · Remove & dispose of old kitchen · Remove old wall tiling · Possibly replastering (depending on state of walls) · Fit lining paper to walls · Build & install base units: 1 x 40 cm drawer unit 1 x 50 cm sink unit 1 x 92.5 x 92.5 corner unit with carousel 1 x 60 cm unit for built under oven & hob 1 x 55 cm housing for freestanding fridge? · Build & install wall units: 1 x 30x72 2 x 60x72 1 x 60x28 · Install worktop (solid oak) · Install wall tiling · Install new flooring (probably lino) · Supply & install new skirting board · Box in pipes between boiler & worktop · Install/plumb sink & taps · Plumb in washing machine · Install built in gas hob & connect to gas supply · Install built under single oven & connect to gas supply · Supply & install 3 x double electrical power points at worktop level · Supply & install electrical power points for washing machine/cooker/fridge? · Install new ceiling light fitting · Supply & install mains earth bonding · Supply & install RCD protection to existing ring main · Certify electrical installation work · Certify gas installation work
