Job description:Fit 11 units; 7 base units and 5 wall units including pelmets/cornices etc Fit new sink/taps, new cooker and extractor etc. All appliances will remain in same position to avoid plumbing etc Fit new worktops approx 6.25 metres Carry out tiling between worktops and wall units - approx 3 standard tiles height over 5 m total length "box in" 1 metre of exposed pipe Fit new flooring likely to be laminate. Kitchen "L" shaped: width at widest 5m length 3 m Possibly some minor plaster work on two small areas affected by condensation. Area will be clean with old kitchen removed prior to job. Electrics will be done prior to job.
