Kitchen sink in Westbourne

Job description:I need a kitchen sink and taps removed and new sink and taps fitted in its place. The new taps and sink have not yet been purchased - something relatively simple will suffice as the property will shortly be sold. I also need a new set of bathroom taps fitted. Again, these have not yet been purchased. I would welcome some advice on what taps/sink to purchase - do I simply purchase these in a DIY store and then get them fitted?
