Job description:The house is in a conservation area. I want the conservatory/lean to incorporated into the kitchen which would involve replacing it, leveling the floor and knocking down a bricked up space below a large window, this does not involve structural work. The ceiling needs replacing - pine cladding! and I would like to look into having some of the brickwork exposed. Kitchen units need to be changed. I want to have something simple/rustic/warm rather than modern.
