Job description:kitchen in situ at present. very small space. looking to use space saving features. want to move site of back door and window so overlooking garden. new kitchen wooden floor which will follow on from dinning room and bedroom downstairs, spot lights on ceiling requred. f/f, d/w, w/m, cooker, sink all requred. Sliding internal, hidden door wanted to separate dining from kitchen. The outside of house is about 2-3ft raised soil which hope to reduce so can get door to garden. approx 9x6ft kitchen. Also need dining room floor levelled, wooden floor applied and stud wall removed.
