INSTALL NEW KITCHEN UNITS, WALL UNITS, NEW SINK AND INTEGRATED ELECTRIC OVEN AND HOB LEAVING SPACE FOR WASHING MACHINE. EXISTING BOILER TO STAY WHERE IT IS. TILING ALSO REQUIRED.
