Job description:6' x 11' kitchen already double glazed One sink unit needing to be removed. Corner pantry door and stud wall to be removed, to leave access to under stairs storage. Walls and ceiling to be made good for emulsion. Woodwork to be U/C & glossed. Plumbing for washing machine. Electrics for 4 double sockets, cooker socket, new light fitting and switch, possible new consumer unit. Lay laminate flooring. Fit 2x DBU (inc 1 sink unit), oven unit, 1 SBU and 1 or 2 SWU/DWU, 2x worktops, 2 tile high splashback to worktops. We will supply all materials except, copper pipe, cable and plaster. Drawing can be supplied Finalising property purchase, will want work to be done last week in May first week in June 07.
