Job description:Kitchen measuring 11 x 9 (old units and tiles already removed), require installation of new kitchen (7wall & 6 base units) gas hob, electric oven, make wall good (filliing & plastering) and fit wood worktop. Description: To remove old plaster as required, and make ready for new plaster To plaster walls in preparation for painting and tiling To block boiler and old extractor flues and plaster To fit standpipe for washing machine To Relocate boiler control and tidy wiring To re-direct gas pipe to boiler and new gas hob including in line valve To supply and fit new double power point To re-locate 30amp cooker switch above worktop To re-locate extractor hood switch To connect 4 x under cabinet strip lights To supply and fit new water stopcock To install kitchen units (I already have these and they are pre-asssembled) To fit 4-5sq.m. of wall tiles and grouting to splashback area To fit 7sq.m. of flooring supplied paint kitchen Budget under £2200
