Job description:1. rebuild exisiting back porch to house boiler and washing machine. 2. stud wall in kitchen to make room for downstairs wc with access from hall. 3. level and tile floor throughout kitchen and back porch. 4. plumbing, rewiring and plastering 5. fitting kitchen units and appliances: all units are 60cm deep (apart from wall mounted units) 1 x Tall unit to house a mid mounted double oven and microwave 1 x Tall unit to house built-In fridge freezer 1 x base unit for full size dishwasher 1 x unit to house sink with underside cupboard 1 x unit for drawers 2 x cupboard base units 2 x wall mounted units units and appliances will be provided.
