Job description:Brick up an existing door and lime render to outside (where door was only). Enlarge existing door opening into kitchen with new lintel over. New opening and window installed at the end of the kitchen with new lintel over. Strengthening of kitchen ceiling joists. Removal of cement render to outside wall of kitchen - replace with lime plaster. Plaster kitchen and dining room. Remove dining room window and brickwork below to install new door and step. Amendment to existing kitchen plumbing and gas pipe. New plumbing, drainage, and mechanical vent to understairs cupboard.
