Replacing cooker hood in Kimberley

Job description:Previous hood was rubbish so I've taken it out and need to fit new NEFF hood. I can't work out how to fit it to the wall as it will not use exactly the same screw points as previous hood. Also need to thread the power cable behind the units on the wall and don't know how to remove them without damaging them. It's a small job but too much for me.
