Job description:1. Strip out and dispose of entire existing kitchen, including appliances. 2. Remove existing wall tiles and re-plaster as necessary in readiness for fitting of units, and eventual decoration by owners. 3. Skim existing tiled floor in readiness for units. 4. Modify electrical supplies as necessary to suit positions of new appliances and lighting, and to provide additional power sockets. 5. Move existing radiator to accommodate new units. 5. Install Wentworth base and wall units, as provided (see plans). 6. Install and wire up appliances and lighting, as provided (see plans). 7. Lay new floor tiles, as provided. 8. Leave kitchen ready and in working order for Silestone work top installer. 9. Return after Silestone fitting to connect plumbing to sink. Note: Kitchen units, work tops, appliances, sink, tap and floor tiles to be supplied by owners; all other materials to be provided by installer.
