Job description:No major appliances needed (only extractor fan). I want to be given design options to refurbish the area potentially from scratch. Currently split into kitchen and seperate dining area by a 'breakfast bar'. May need plastering (currently old tiles and Artex on walls). Want tiled floor with underfloor heating. No pushy sales persons please!
