Job description:Kitchen to be gutted and floor levelled through insurance claim for subsidence. Kitchen then to be replaced (by me) including floor covering, lighting, cooker with extractor, dish-washer, fridge and freezer, tiling and units with hard wood worktop. Removal of damp plaster, replastering and ventilation - possibly incorporated into new window frame. New doors. Important to ensure best possible design and use of small space, measuring 102x107", plus adjacent 'under the stairs' cupboard as additional storage area.
