Job description:small kitchen at rear of terrace property. wish to maximise space without spending the earth! limited space means services-gas,water etc will not require re-routing but improve dining layout. new kitchen cupboards reqd. worktops and small tiled area. dining wall knocked through into kitchen some years ago so no structural works required just improved use of space and "flow".
