Job description:nstallation of approx 3m x 3m kitchen with a simple design in our bungalow in Wannock, Polegate. I have approx £1000 of Ikea parts including sink and tap to give you an idea of the scale of the job. Appliance-wise, I have free-standing compact dishwasher, free-standing washing machine, built-in electric oven, 90cm chimney style extractor hood, hob and build-under fridge to be factored into the fitting. I would like the extractor to be ducted through the ceiling/loft and down the exterior soffit or directly up through the tiled roof (as appropriate) - the property is a bungalow which should simplify matters in this sense. The job includes plumbing work associated with sink, tap and gas supply to hob, but the electrical side of things is already taken care of by another contractor who has already chased out the wiring. They will complete there work once the fitting is completed. The kitchen is currently an empty shell, having been re-plastered and having a newly tiled floor and I have all parts at home so everything is ready to go.
