Job description:This job entails: 1. Move external washing machine piping by 0.5 metre. 2. Floor is part concrete part wood, replace water damaged wood floor with concrete making sure that ventilation for air brick and electric supply intergrety is maintained. 3. Tile the then new kitchen floor. 4. Place in new electric sockets for new kitchen lay out. 5. Take off tiles and plaster walls 6. Replace all of the kitchen units to new design. ( I have done a rough drawing of what I wish for). I am happy for you to supply the units if the price is correct for doing so. 7. Put new tiles up. If you are not prepared to do all aspects of this job (e.g. only kitchen and not floor), and, to give me a written quote, then this job is not for you.
