Job description:we are in the process of purchasing a kitchen for the renovation of an inherited property, for sale purpose. We have had rediculous qoutes from kitchen providers and wonder if an independant party, whom isnt providing the kitchen, may be a more comptetive/suitable option?!.. The basic structure and plumbing,gas connection etc, is going to remain approximatley the same, just units and sink and oven to install, where old ones have been removed. The kitchen will be empty and been freshly plastered and decorated with new flooring.
