Job description:I am on the ground floor and due to a flood from the flat above I need the following work. The kitchen walls to be rubbed down and redecorated. New reasonable kitchen cabinets, a light wood colour with si8lver coloured handles. Five base cupboards and one large wall cupboard with two doors. New reasonable work surfaces. New vinyle flooring in the kitchen, the type that looks like terracotta tiles. A pedestall in the bathroom to be replaced.
