Removing old kitchen, and fitting IKEA one in South Twickenham

Job description:Removing old units (1 larder, 2 base units, 1 sink unit, worksurfaces), tiles and lino / chipboard flooring (over original floorboards). Assembling and fitting following IKEA kitchen: 2 larders (one with wire pullout shelving) 3 wall units 2 base units (shelves) 1 base unit (drawers) 1 sink unit 1 above fridge unit (fridge also supplied by IKEA) Sink within 30cm of existing sink Plumbing in dishwasher and washing machine (swapping places from old kitchen layout) Laying new chipboard flooring over existing floorboards and lino (lino provided by us). Tiling Fitting dual fuel oven (Note: if you don't have a gas certificate we will look at getting this done separately) Expanding 1 existing power point from 2 socket to 4. Adding power point for washing machine / dishwasher (I'm unsure if this is needed or where will go, so need advice on this). Kitchen is approx 2350mm x 3700mm, though there's a extra triangle shape where one corner sticks out. Flat is on first floor on main road. Wide communal balcony to rear. I can email plan of kitchen if you need more information. Although we are at the quotes only stage of the project, once we have agreed a quote we are keen to move quickly.
