Replace worktop in Denham

Job description:to fit new worktop which I will choose and buy in my small U-shaped kitchen, there is a gas hob and a single drainer sink and mixer tap to fit around, want the plastic sink replaced with a ceramic one which I already have. Reason for wanting this work is that the sink I have bought is one inch or so smaller than the existing sink.
