Work to include: removal of old kitchen; small amount of plastering; installation of integrated electric oven, extractor fan, fridge freezer and sink; installation of fitted cupboards, drawers and laminated worktop; tiling; flooring. The kitchen is 2.69m x 2.44m and currently has old fitted units and an old integrated oven.
