Job description:remove stud wall splitting kitchen and dining room. Move units from this to current dining room wall. Build stud wall to split current lounge diner so we have lounge and extended kitchen/diner. Existing remining kitchen units will need switching round to relocate sink and gas hob. Change plumbing for washer dishwasher. Remove one radiator, add 2 new. relocate and add electrical sockets and lighting including ceiling lights.
