Job description:We live in a 4 plex ex council house in Aberdeen. The loft is currently split with 'W' shaped trusses, we would want this to be changed to increase the useable floor area and provide headroom. Specialist to also provide & fit Ramsey Ladder. Flooring and plasterboarding may be considered depending on the value of the quote. We will not require this room to be split as it will likely to be used as a Gym/Games room.
