Job description:Upper flat in two storey traditional granite building. Stairway to go from hallway into loft space. Large loft space is currently floored only and to be converted into master bedroom with en-suite bathroom and walk-in cupboard (possibly two of them). Need assistance and advice on any building regulations (especially fire regulations), structural changes, extra velux windows, suitability of current internal doors (fire regulations), ventilation, insulation, etc. Do you also provide the council's building warrant application as part of your service?
