Job description:1st floor flat in block of four. Shape of building is the cross bar on the letter H. Would like Spiral staircase from inner hall to loft, Full conversion of loft (which houses cold water tank servicing 2 properties (upper and lower), pipework for central heating system and electrical wiring for flat) to two bedrooms with roof line windows, radiators, 2 double sockets each and if possible some storage. Dimensions of loft : Loft is rectangular shaped with a small rectangle missing at bottom left due to existing outer hall/landing shape and access hatch. distance between small trusses=11'3", width of loft from where roof meets floor=21'9" at widest and 14'6.5" at slimmest. From widest end to where it slims length wise is 23'4" and length of slimmest end is 13'5". Height from floor to apex is 8'7".
