Job description:2 existing bedrooms fibreboard walls to be replaced with plasterboard and finished. section off for WC, will require water up from downstairs and waste pipe, and build doorway. rewire to remove spotlights to give central ceiling rose. new skirting and architrave, possibly doors, and decoration. rooms livable in but currently not used.
