Job description:Live in a small traditional semi detached cottage1850. Loft access not possible bedrooms go almost into the loft leaving just a small space. Would like to put a One Skylight Window at the back of the cottage to allow more light in. Would like this done before I have blown in loft insulation for this coming winter sets in. Roof I think is in good condition, not sure where the beams fall. Michael I have not got a clue were to pitch a price for this. I would like the Tradesmen to purchase the Velux/Skylight making it inkeeping with the cottage. To discuss cost before purchase. Yes debris to be clraed please. Measurements and Materials again I need to be guided by the Tradesman. Access to the cottage, up steep steps, pathway to the back of the cottage. Need to get loft insulated first, like I said there is no real loft. Would like something done before I get this done. Hope this makes some sense.
