Job description:We have a four bed roomed detached house and would like to put a bedroom and en-suite shower room into the loft. There is room for a proper staircase by losing the smallest bedroom. All plumbing work will be done by us, Iâ??m a plumber and my partner is a heating engineer. We need you to do all the construction, carpentry, windows and electrics. We have no plans drawn as yet and would appreciate your advice based on your experience in this area.
