Job description:We have a good loft space, but it needs renovating and stairs installed to enable use as a study. We don't want anything sophisticated, just a simple boarding and lining out with a rooflight at rear, and simple staircase/entrance installed. Then painting in plain colours. Probably need some powerpoints up there but no other services
